1. Recuperation- Will be deposited to the employee's account at the end of each year of work.
Rate: the rate per day is determined and published every summer.
Restriction: Anyone who works at least one year at the same workplace, entitled to recuperation at the end of each year of employment.
After 1 year: 5 days. After 2/3 years: 6 days. After 4 years to 10 years: 7 days.
2. Sick pays- Will be paid according to the law, subject to the doctor's certificate for sick days

All workers in Israel are entitled to get a paid annual vacation. Length of vacation each year of employment at the same workplace is as follows
