Every person over the age of 85 is entitled to a permit, taking into consideration his age and the recommendation of his personal physician. Also, every person who has been tested by a nurse from the National Insurance Institute of Israel and was found to be incapable of caring for himself, is entitled to get a permit. This refers to every person who is limited, such as a senior, a handicapped or a sick person. In order to request such test from the right institute, you can contact us for an explanation and forms. Note that people with high incomes can get such test only after paying for it to the Ministry of Industry, Trade and labor, through the Ministry of Industry, Trade and labor website.
A person who was hospitalized and is about to return home in a condition that requires nursing, will be applying for a special request for a quick permit and will add a suitable letter from the hospital to the request. You can contact us for an elaboration on the subject.
