Have you ever left a job for any reason, received atermination account, and were angry that the money has not been deposit intoyour account?

You need to know some things about this!

1-     Theemployer is entitled to withhold payment until the 9th of next month, as in anywage payment

2-      If the employer didnot pay on time, you can address him by texting or calling him, and your agencycan contact him as well. You or agency do not have the legal power to force theemployer to pay.

3-     If theemployer still does not pay, you must contact Kav LaOved and go there with theaccount that you received from your agency. Only Kav LaOved  have the legal authority to act against theemployer who holds your wages without justification.
